Shay Hilderman

Shay Hilderman's passion for dance started at a very young age. Her unwavering ardor for the art form ignited at this early stage and has continued to burn brightly throughout her life. Shay's dedication and commitment to her craft are exemplified by her successful completion of all ADAPT Jazz and Tap examinations and Acrobatic Arts assessments.

During her formative years, Shay distinguished herself as a competitive dancer, demonstrating a work ethic that manifested in her dedication to training. This commitment led her to explore diverse training opportunities across various locales, further enriching her dance experience. Notable highlights of her dance journey include performances in the prestigious Grey Cup halftime show, the enchanting Disneyland parade, representing Team Canada for Dance Excellence, and embarking on a dance pilgrimage to New York City, where she immersed herself in lessons under the tutelage of acclaimed choreographers.

Since her graduation in 2019, Shay's passion for dance education has remained undiminished. She has undertaken an array of educational courses, culminating in her certification as an esteemed ADAPT and Acrobatic Arts instructor. Shay's genuine enthusiasm for nurturing young talents and fostering a deep appreciation for dance underscores her teaching philosophy. Her ultimate aspiration is to inspire her students to unlock their full potential, all while reveling in the profound beauty of the performing arts.
